The golf courses in Hua Hin in August & September are in very good conditions, and generally not as busy and in the winter months. You can easily play golf in Hua Hin in the rainy season, as Hua Hin is the resort town with the least precipitation in Thailand. When it rains, the heavy rain showers are often short (maximum 1-2 hours). You can use this time relaxing in one of the cafés located around the course.
